Playground’s creators, Zach Gold and Julie Ragolia, will be unveiling the first edition to the public in conjunction with THE BLACK MARKET exhibition.
PLAYGROUND, Edition 1:
Playground is a new approach to fashion and art publishing. Its pages are unbound, presenting each contributor’s work as part of a unique and personal gallery of collectible prints. Contributions to Playground include hand-done work by artists such as Terence Koh and Stuart Semple, as well as fashion collaborations featuring the work of Kai Kühne, Tierney Gearon, Thom Browne, Lanvin, Michelangelo Di Battista, Gordon Hull/Surface to Air, Alexander Wang and more. Playground’s book design, done in collaboration with Dror Benshetrit, characterizes the movement of liquid dripping in a tactile and plastic form. Gold and Ragolia have chosen to present Playground’s box design as part of The Black Market, and on July 10th the mystery surrounding its content will be revealed. Limited edition of 250
